CJ Hendry’s Coloring Her Hyperrealistic World, 15 Colored Pencils at a Time

CJ Hendry  has everyone’s attention even from from likes of Pharrell and Kanye CJ the Australian-born artist uses paper and pen to bring to life portrayals of pop culture objects and icons. CJ moved to New York two years ago before opening her first solo art show of black-and-white hyper-realistic drawings.

CJ recently began preparing for her next big exhibit in her SoHo studio where she’s for 2017 Art Basel in Hong Kong in collaboration with Christian Louboutin for “Complimentary Colors,” traditionally a black an white artist this is CJ first-ever foray into color another major milestone in her career check out the interview below.
