SSENSE: The World’s First Fully Shoppable Music Video
In an attempt to separate a unique retail experience from it’s competitors, SSENSE developed the world’s first interactive shoppable music video with Aussie rapstress Iggy Azalea’s.
The concept kinda throws you off at first an takes a moment to fully see to see where its going, The Canadian brand base retailer uses an interactive technology from Wirewax.
The viewer is prompted with a “Shop This Look” link If selected, the video will pause, and a box will appear with the artist’s outfit laid out in its entirety. Giving each item available for purchase through the brand’s webstore.
A look at the video premiere of “I Think She Ready,” shot and produced by Alex 2Tone, featuring FKi, newly-signed Interscope rapper Iggy Azalea and Grammy-nominated Diplo is also tied in into it.
